Today we had our first meeting with the group. We made some research on Aktia Banking and shared some ideas on designing new banking services. The atmosphere was very comfy and the meeting went astonishingly well! Each of us brought a book to the meeting concerning service designs and we set up a deadline for reading + blog posting about the book for 4.4.2013. We planned our next meeting to be on Friday 5.4.2013. Max took on the responsibility of mailing Aktia about a meeting since he had some contacts in the organization. Hopefully we'll manage to set a date up for a short interview with Aktia before Camp Kunstenniemi!
PS. Unfortunately one group member decided to leave the group but we'll try to make the best of it without him!
