Service design thinking

Since Rasmus is already doing some research on customer loyalty we decided with the group that I will focus on a doing some research around service design instead (of customer satisfaction) and write about that.
I found this great book about Service design. The book is called This is service design thinking - basics, tools, cases and it was written by twenty-three international authors.



Since I only have it as a short loan I will try to get the most out of it. If it is possible, I will bring it to Kunstenniemi.
